Early Dismissal at 11:30AM
If you did not receive the Text
Message from School Messenger this morning and you
want to receive messages, you need to text “Yes” to 67587.
On December 31st, Rob
Baruth (SC/W Girls Basketball Coach) found out that his Cancer (Melanoma) had
returned. He had been cancer free for 10 years. This time the cancer reoccurred
on his right lower lung. A shirt order form has been added to the Google Drive
if you would like to order.
The Friends of
the Library would like your gently used books for our used book
sale next week. If you have some that you would like to donate,
contact Pat at woonlib@santel.net or call 605 796 1412.
You are reminded to contact the library if you haven't done so and are interested in the SD Titles To Go. This is the subscription the library is considering so that you can download books to your e reader, computer, kindle, etc.
Juniors: The
representative from ASVAB will be coming to talk about your scores on
January 25th at 12:30pm. We will be meeting in Mr. Korbel's room following
lunch. It will take approximately an hour.
Athletics
The girls game
with Hanson has been postponed to a DH tomorrow night. Girls and
Boys C games start at 4PM followed by the Girls and Boys JV. The Boys will play in the Downtown Gym and the Girls will play in the High School Gym. Girls V will start at 6:15PM
with boys following.

Friends of the
Woonsocket Community Library are planning a used book sale for
Thursday, January 28th. If you have clean used books and magazines
in good shape that you would like to donate, you may bring them to the
library during library hours anytime prior to the 28th.
