There will be a
pep rally for the Girls BB team on Thursday at 2:30PM at SC.
We are looking
for someone to take over the spring soccer organization. It is volunteer based.

Western Dakota Tech is hosting
our next Eagle Night on March 1st beginning
at 5:30PM. Eagle nights provide students with the perfect opportunity to
explore WDT. Students interested in applying to WDT may apply at our Eagle
Night. We do ask students interested in attending Eagle Night RSVP online at www.wdt.edu or by calling 605-718-2565.
The Woonsocket
School will be hosting a Sunday Funday Fundraiser to help support the Community
Center Theater Project. There will be different activities and games from
1PM-6PM and all ages Pre-School to High School are able to attend. A full
schedule of activities can be found on the Google Drive.

out the survey. It is a very quick survey, only ten questions. We will
utilize this information for planning purposes for peer tutoring, and future
peer tutoring program goals.

The theme for the Girl’s
Championship District Game is Rob Baruth Shirts and red, white, and blue
accents.
The Girls Basketball team starts
their district play this week. A complete bracket can be found on the Google
Drive.
The Boys play at Wessington
Springs on Friday. JH starts at 5:15PM followed by JV and Varsity. Bus leaves
at 4:30PM.
The 3/4 Girls
will play Friday night, Feb 26 in Wessington Springs. Please have your
child to the Wessington Springs Gym at 5:15. Please wear a black
shirt. We will follow the same format used when we played Springs in
Woonsocket. The girls will play a scrimmage at the half time of the JH
and JV.
Winterguard
Practice at SC tomorrow from
3:45PM-6PM.
Leave for Minneapolis on Friday.

Tickets have been sent home with elementary and preschool students.
Tickets are $5.00 each, and are good for 20 games of Bingo.
If you
need tickets, please contact any elementary student or Pat in the
library. Any unsold tickets and money need to be returned to school on or
before Thursday, March 3rd.
Community News
Everyone is
invited to attend the Tanna Kingsbury Believe Scholarship Bean Bag Tournament
and Supper on Saturday, March 5 at the Stekl Shop near Letcher. The pork loin
supper starts at 5:00 p.m. and free will donations will be accepted. The Bean
Bag Tournament starts at 6:30 p.m. with registration beforehand. The cost is
$20/team and cash prizes will be awarded. Also going on during the evening will
be a silent auction, steer auction, photo booth, bouncy house, and various
games. Even if you don’t want to be in the tournament, please join us for
supper and the fun activities throughout the evening. For more information,
